The company is proceeding with a share consolidation, wherein every 10 issued and unissued ordinary shares in the company's share capital, each with a par value of HK$0.01, will be consolidated into 1 consolidated share with a par value of HK$0.10. This process results in a reduction of 1.337 billion shares.
