Heilongjiang's Hegang Market Supervision Bureau Facilitates Beidahuang 290 Company's Selection as National Smart Agriculture Standardization Pilot Unit

Deep News12-01

The "Heilongjiang Hegang Rice Seedling Smart Agriculture National Standardization Pilot" project has been officially approved by China's National Standardization Management Committee as part of the 2025 national standardization pilot initiatives. This project, submitted by Beidahuang Agricultural Co., Ltd.'s 290 Branch in Hegang, is the only approved national-level smart agriculture standardization pilot in the province this year.

During the application process, the Hegang Market Supervision Bureau of Heilongjiang Province played a pivotal role by providing targeted services and comprehensive support, ensuring the project's successful approval. The bureau has prioritized agricultural standardization as a key driver for regional development and agricultural modernization.

Addressing challenges such as policy interpretation and documentation preparation, the bureau offered one-on-one guidance and technical support, optimizing the application process and resolving bottlenecks. This hands-on approach effectively bridged the gap between application and implementation, fostering government-enterprise collaboration.

The approval of this pilot project marks a significant step for Hegang in advancing agricultural modernization through standardization. As a major force in promoting smart agriculture standardization, the Market Supervision Bureau will continue to oversee the pilot's progress. It aims to help establish a comprehensive standardization system covering the entire rice seedling process—from seed selection and smart germination to environmental control and transplanting—creating a replicable model for smart rice seedling cultivation in cold regions.

Leveraging this pilot opportunity, the bureau will further enhance standardization's role in agricultural innovation and technology transfer, strengthen government-enterprise coordination, and inject new momentum into regional agricultural development. These efforts support Hegang's goal of building a modern agricultural hub and reinforcing national food security, paving the way for innovative agricultural modernization in cold black soil regions.
