SPRING REIT (01426) announced that the fund repurchased 1.6 million fund units on March 24, 2026, for a total consideration of HK$2.2789 million. The repurchase price per unit ranged from HK$1.37 to HK$1.47. On the same day, the trust issued 3.4767 million new fund units to pay the manager's basic fee for the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and sold 2.237 million treasury fund units to cover the same fee period.
