J&T Global Express Executes HKD 23.47 Million Share Buyback, Lifts Treasury Stock to 60.08 Million Shares

J&T Global Express Limited completed an on-market repurchase of 2.78 million Class B weighted-voting-rights (WVR) ordinary shares on 2 October 2026, spending HKD 23.47 million at prices ranging between HKD 8.415 and HKD 8.510 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 8.4436.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.03% to 8.62 billion. • Treasury shares rose to 60.08 million, up from 57.30 million prior to the buyback. • Total shares in issue, including treasury stock, remain at 8.68 billion.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 25 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 967.47 million shares. To date, 86.87 million shares—0.90% of the company’s issued share base at mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, J&T Global Express is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 1 November 2026.

All repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 requirements, and no repurchased shares have been cancelled; the full 2.78 million shares will be held in treasury.
