Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's latest filings reveal that on August 24, JPMorgan increased its holdings in Asymchem (06821) by 124,800 shares, with a per-share transaction price of HK$112.5039 and a total consideration of approximately HK$14.04 million.
Following the acquisition, JPMorgan's latest shareholding in the company stands at about 2.8333 million shares, lifting its stake to 10.17%.
