PropNex names Pebble Sia Independent Director, updates board committees

PropNex Limited announced the appointment of Pebble Sia Huei-Chieh as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective Nov, 1 2025. She will also join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees.

Following her appointment, the Board of Directors will comprise Executive Chairman Mohamed Ismail s/o Abdul Gafoore, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Kelvin Fong Keng Seong, Lead Independent Director Ahmad Bin Mohamed Magad, and Independent Directors Kan Yut Keong, Low Wee Siong and Pebble Sia.
