The board is composed of four executive directors—Wang Wana, Chen Chun, Huang Jingsheng, and Hong Jixiang—and three independent non-executive directors: Shum Ching Hei, Yang Minda, and Gui Chenghui. The clarification was released on 13 February 2026.
