To thoroughly implement the strategic plans of the national, regional, and Baotou municipal governments for establishing a graded cultivation system for high-quality enterprises, and to systematically advance the cultivation of such enterprises and specialized champion firms, China Northern Rare Earth recently held a launch conference and policy interpretation training session. The event aimed to fully communicate policy standards. Participants included some members of the company's leadership team, heads of relevant departments, as well as leaders and dedicated personnel from subsidiary companies responsible for cultivating high-quality enterprises, who joined both online and offline.
During the training, relevant officials from China Northern Rare Earth's management department explained the main content of the "Interim Measures for the Graded Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of China Northern Rare Earth." Subsequently, representatives from Inner Mongolia Wenting Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. provided specialized interpretations of the policies for cultivating high-quality SMEs and champion enterprises in manufacturing. The sessions focused on policy standards, application conditions and key points, core evaluation indicators, and techniques for preparing application materials, followed by a live Q&A segment.
The training featured rich content and strong relevance, further enhancing participants' understanding and grasp of the application requirements for high-quality SMEs and champion manufacturing enterprises. This has laid a solid foundation for subsequent application work. The meeting emphasized the need to accurately identify cultivation targets, strengthen the foundation for development, conduct comprehensive self-assessments against the standards for high-quality SMEs and provincial/national champion enterprises, and clarify responsible personnel and improvement plans.
It was also stressed that full-chain support should be strengthened, with relevant departments taking the lead in consolidating support policies from national, provincial, municipal, and internal company sources. These policies should be precisely communicated to the enterprises undergoing cultivation, with prioritized support in funding, technology, talent, and market channels to address development challenges. Additionally, the meeting called for improving working mechanisms, solidifying cultivation responsibilities, appointing dedicated liaisons, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
A practical and rigorous work style should be maintained to ensure effective results. Moving forward, China Northern Rare Earth will continue to enhance the cultivation, certification, support, and monitoring of high-quality enterprises.
