China Star Entertainment releases 2025 Annual & ESG reports; shareholders offered flexible access options

On 29 April 2026, China Star Entertainment Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.chinastar.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard-copy versions of the reports enclosed. All shareholders retain the right to switch between receiving printed copies free of charge and accessing the “website version” at any time.

To change their preferred method of receipt, shareholders should complete the enclosed Reply Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited—China Star Entertainment’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—using the pre-paid mailing label provided or via email to 326-ecom@vistra.com. The form is also downloadable from both the company and HKEX websites.

For assistance, shareholders may contact Tricor Investor Services Limited at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or by email.
