Shenzhen IDREAMSKY Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01119) has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment Co., Ltd. The two parties will jointly initiate a strategic investment in the gaming industry with a total scale of RMB 200 million to support the development of the gaming industry in Nanshan District.
The related investment will be deployed at Gametopia, the official gaming industry incubation platform of Nanshan District, focusing on high-quality local gaming industry projects in Nanshan that are resident at Gametopia, while also supporting the expansion and strengthening of IDREAMSKY's publishing business. Zhanxintou is a wholly state-owned company established by the Nanshan District government, and this strategic cooperation marks a further deepening of the strategic layout of state-owned capital in the gaming industry within Nanshan District.
According to disclosures from both parties, the cooperation will unfold around two major directions: ecosystem cultivation and industrial synergy. In terms of ecosystem cultivation, the two parties will focus on investing in high-quality local gaming industry projects in Nanshan that are resident at Gametopia, covering areas such as game development, AI content production, publishing services, and upstream and downstream supply chain support, striving to cultivate an innovative ecosystem for the gaming industry in Nanshan District. In terms of industrial synergy, the two parties will jointly support the development of IDREAMSKY's publishing business, centered on its already reserved overseas high-potential game products, including Gardenscapes (WeChat Version), Mech Arena, and other quality game publishing enterprises, to accelerate the expansion of imported game publishing business and drive the overall upgrade of the Nanshan gaming industry chain through the publishing capabilities of a leading enterprise.

Zhanxintou is a wholly state-owned company established by the Nanshan District government, with a registered capital of RMB 7.45 billion.
