TSINGTAO BREW Announces Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director Sheng Leiming

TSINGTAO BREW (00168) has announced that the company's board of directors received the resignation letter from Mr. Sheng Leiming, an independent non-executive director of the company, on April 23, 2026. Mr. Sheng has served as an independent non-executive director since June 8, 2020. As his consecutive term of service is about to reach six years, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, he intends to resign from his positions, including Independent Non-Executive Director of the 11th Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit and Internal Control Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee. Following his departure, Mr. Sheng will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlling subsidiaries.
