Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited (06683) disclosed on 27 November 2025 the issuance of 54,497,972 new ordinary shares, pursuant to a Placing and Subscription Agreement dated 13 November 2025. The newly issued shares represent approximately 6.07% of the previously outstanding 897,240,505 shares, bringing the total number of issued shares to 951,738,477. The issue price was HKD 7.2 per share.
