CSC Holdings Limited has released its Interim Report for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 on both the company website (www.cscholdings.com) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited website (www.hkexnews.hk).
Newly registered shareholders are requested to choose how they wish to receive all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Two options are offered:
1. Website Version – Access all future documents online and receive an email alert when new materials are posted. 2. Printed Version – Receive hard-copy English and Chinese documents by post.
To encourage environmental sustainability and improve communication efficiency, the board recommends the Website Version. Shareholders must return a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post, by hand or via email (235-ecom@vistra.com) no later than 31 October 2026. If no response is received by that date, the shareholder will be deemed to have elected the Website Version.
Shareholders may alter their chosen method at any time by providing at least seven days’ written notice to the registrar. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request if electronic access proves difficult.
Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
The notice is signed by Chairman Dr. Or Ching Fai on behalf of CSC Holdings Limited and dated 30 September 2026.
