Nayuki Holdings Limited reported the on-market repurchase of 1.14 million ordinary shares on 23 July 2026 at prices between HKD 0.73 and HKD 0.74, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.7399 per share. The transaction totalled HKD 0.84 million and the repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.
Following the buyback, Nayuki’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.69 billion, down 0.07 % from the previous balance. Treasury shares rose to 22.47 million, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.71 billion.
The latest purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 169.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate now stand at 13.33 million shares, equivalent to 0.78 % of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Nayuki is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 August 2026.
