Corporate registry data indicates a new retail subsidiary has recently been formed by JD in Lanzhou, Gansu Province.
The new entity, named JD Five Star Appliance Group (Lanzhou Chengguan) Trading Co., Ltd., has a registered capital of 1 million yuan.
Its permitted business scope encompasses the sales of home appliances, home appliance parts, general merchandise, and electronic products.
The company is wholly owned by JD Five Star Appliance Group Co., Ltd.
