IntelliMark AI International Limited issued its ninth Environmental, Social and Governance report for the period from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. According to the report, areas such as emissions, occupational health and safety, and labor standards are managed by strict internal guidelines. No major instances of non-compliance with applicable environmental or employment laws were recorded during the reporting period. Reported greenhouse gas emissions reached 176.46 tonnes of CO2e, with consumption of electricity and vehicle fuel identified as principal energy sources. The group also highlighted processes for product quality control, data privacy, and supplier assessments to ensure stable supply chains and maintain responsible production standards.

In addressing climate change risks, the report notes contingency procedures and the development of the used electronic products recycling business, contributing to reduced electronic waste. The document further reveals a commitment to managing labor practices, including non-discrimination and anti-corruption measures, all aimed at sustaining environmental and social responsibilities while meeting stakeholder expectations in different markets.
