ArcBest Corporation's stock surged 5.16% intraday on Friday, following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results.
The logistics firm reported quarterly revenue of $972.688 million, which slightly exceeded analyst estimates. Despite posting a net loss for the quarter, primarily due to a noncash impairment charge, the company's underlying performance showed strength with higher shipments.
Investor sentiment was further bolstered by the company's presentation of a positive long-term outlook, which included a 2028 Non-GAAP EPS guidance range of $12 to $15.
