Montage Technology (06809) announced that on April 9, 2026, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Montage Electronics and Montage Investment, subscribed for structured deposit products offered by Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. The total subscription amount reached RMB 696 million. Both this subscription and previous subscriptions with Industrial Bank were funded using the group's own idle capital generated from daily operations. For clarification, the funds for these transactions did not involve proceeds from the global offering.
