2月3日市场消息：滴滴出行正在考虑下半年进行IPO。
市场普遍认为，2021年上半年依然还是很好的上市窗口期。几年前就准备IPO的滴滴，因为公共事件而被迫做了不少调整。号称融资额最高的创业公司之一，滴滴背后的各大股东很焦虑。一是滴滴的生意动不动容易碰到线，二是之前大热的"共享经济"故事不好讲了。而且，滴滴对标的美国公司Uber上市后，市值长期不高。
好在，Uber的市值近期因为"送外卖"而达到了1000亿美元的体量。虽然滴滴没法说外卖的故事，但总归比之前更好去做对标了。滴滴号称要以1000亿美元的市值IPO，有人说这是一厢情愿，但是在上市窗口期，这个目标市值还是可以争取的。
