Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) has announced it will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 after the U.S. market closes on Tuesday, July 28th. A conference call to discuss the results and the company's outlook will follow at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the same day.

Investors can listen to a live webcast of the call via the company's investor relations website at shareholder.ford.com. A replay will be available online approximately one week after the event. Investors are encouraged to register in advance for expedited access to the conference.

In its previous first-quarter report, Ford posted revenue of $43.3 billion, a year-over-year increase of 6%. Net income was $2.5 billion, while adjusted earnings before interest and taxes reached $3.5 billion. This figure included a one-time $1.3 billion benefit related to IEEPA tariffs. Based on this strong performance, the company has raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBIT guidance to a range of $8.5 billion to $10.5 billion. The company also confirmed a second-quarter regular dividend of 15 cents per share.

Current market consensus estimates project Ford's second-quarter earnings per share to be approximately $0.34 to $0.36, with revenue expected between $46.19 billion and $47.14 billion. During the first-quarter conference call, management indicated that earnings for the second through fourth quarters are anticipated to moderate. This expectation is primarily due to higher commodity costs, the non-recurrence of the one-time tariff benefit, and costs associated with Novelis.
