Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. disclosed a material adjustment to its share capital on 01 September 2026 through a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Key actions on 01 September 2026 • Cancellation of 74.54 million treasury A-shares previously repurchased but unused in incentive plans. • On-market repurchase of 50,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at RMB 21.30 per share, costing RMB 1.07 million. The repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock for future share incentive schemes.

Capital structure impact • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury) fell marginally by 50,000 to 6.13 billion, a 0.00082 % reduction. • Treasury shares declined from 127.43 million to 52.93 million after the net effect of the new buyback (+50,000) and the large-scale cancellation (-74.54 million). • Total issued shares decreased by 74.54 million to 6.18 billion, representing a 1.19 % contraction in registered share capital.

Compliance statement The company confirmed that all repurchase and cancellation activities were authorised by its board, executed in accordance with applicable listing rules and domestic regulations, and fully funded at settlement.
