Central China (00832) Reports RMB 5.62 Billion in Property Contract Sales for First 8 Months, Down 5.0% YoY

Central China (00832) announced that in August 2025, the Group achieved property contract sales of RMB 657 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 17.9%. Contract sales gross floor area totaled 101,000 square meters, down 9.1% year-on-year, while the average selling price per square meter was RMB 6,503, declining 9.6% year-on-year.

For the eight months ended August 31, 2025, the Group recorded total property contract sales of RMB 5.62 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 5.0%. Total contract sales gross floor area reached 890,000 square meters, up 1.9% year-on-year, with an average selling price of RMB 6,317 per square meter, down 6.8% year-on-year.
