Zylox-Tonbridge Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.22 per Share, Payable on 18 June 2026

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Zylox-Tonbridge) has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.22 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to an updated announcement dated 13 May 2026.

Converted at an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.143529, shareholders on the Hong Kong register will receive HKD 0.2515764 per H share. The dividend proposal received shareholder approval on 13 May 2026.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 27 May 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 28 May 2026 (16:30 HKT) • Book-closure period: 29 May – 2 June 2026 • Record date: 2 June 2026 • Payment date: 18 June 2026

Withholding tax arrangements • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld. • PRC-resident individual shareholders under the H-share “full circulation” program: 20% individual income tax will be withheld.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, is the appointed share registrar for processing dividend entitlements.

The board currently comprises eight directors: three executive directors (Dr. Jonathon Zhong Zhao, Mr. Yang Xie, Dr. Zheng Li), two non-executive directors (Dr. Steven Dasong Wang, Mr. Dongfang Li) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Jian Ji, Ms. Yun Qiu, Dr. Xiang Qian).
