On December 22, Shenzhen Qianfenyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Qianfenyi) had its ChiNext IPO application accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Guolian Minsheng Securities acted as the sponsor, with plans to raise 992.6 million yuan.
According to the prospectus, Qianfenyi is a leading global provider of smart stylus solutions, specializing in delivering intelligent, convenient, and realistic interactive experiences. With over a decade of industry expertise, the company has driven the widespread adoption of smart styluses in business, education, design, and daily life.
Qianfenyi's stylus products are compatible with tablets, learning devices, laptops, and smartphones, including Amazon, Lenovo, Vivo, OPPO tablets, OPPO foldable phones, HP and Asus laptops, and Zuoyebang/Xueersi learning tablets. The company has established partnerships with top clients such as Amazon, Lenovo, Asus, HP, OPPO, Vivo, iFLYTEK, Zuoyebang, TAL Education, Yuanfudao, and Readboy, who highly regard its technical capabilities, product quality, and delivery efficiency.
Since 2015, Qianfenyi has focused on capacitive stylus innovation, capitalizing on the industry's rapid growth phase. It operates under a dual-brand strategy (self-owned brands + ODM) and has built four major stylus brands—idrawgear, metapen, Penoval, and MAXEYE—distributed globally via e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
Per QYResearch data, Qianfenyi held an 8.5% global market share in stylus sales in 2024, ranking second only to Apple.
Proceeds from the IPO will fund production expansion, headquarters/R&D center construction, and working capital. Financially, the company reported revenues of 191 million yuan (2022), 331 million yuan (2023), 636 million yuan (2024), and 486 million yuan (Jan-Jun 2025), with net profits of 14.8 million yuan, 36.5 million yuan, 102 million yuan, and 80.4 million yuan, respectively.
