Q TECH (01478) announced that its mobile camera module sales reached 38.904 million units in March 2025, representing a month-on-month increase of 21.1% and a year-on-year growth of 32.1%. Total camera module sales amounted to 41.002 million units, rising by 22.2% compared to the previous month and increasing by 33.8% year-on-year. Sales of biometric modules totaled 14.379 million units, up 36.9% month-on-month but down 16.9% compared to the same period last year. The company attributed the sequential and annual growth in camera module sales to a seasonal rebound following the Spring Festival holiday, increased demand from overseas customers, and a continued rise in supply share. Additionally, sales of camera modules for other applications continued to improve, with significant year-on-year growth in modules used in the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart vehicle sectors. The month-on-month increase in biometric module sales was mainly due to the post-holiday seasonal recovery, while the year-on-year decline was attributed to customer project cycles.
