CHINA COMM CONS (01800) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of RMB 7266.36 billion, a decrease of 5.4% compared to the previous year. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was RMB 149.95 billion, down 37.1% year-on-year. Earnings per share stood at RMB 0.86, and the board proposed a final dividend of RMB 0.07729 per share (tax inclusive).
The decline in revenue for 2025 was primarily attributed to a slowdown in the growth of the domestic infrastructure construction sector. Revenue from the infrastructure construction business, dredging business, and other businesses amounted to RMB 6501.50 billion, RMB 541.91 billion, and RMB 242.89 billion, respectively (all figures presented before eliminating inter-segment transactions), reflecting decreases of 4.8%, 8.9%, and 6.8%. In contrast, revenue from the infrastructure design business reached RMB 365.11 billion (before eliminating inter-segment transactions), showing a slight increase of 0.6%.
Revenue from external customers in overseas markets totaled RMB 1590.45 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 18.0% and accounting for 21.9% of the total revenue. For the year 2025, the value of newly signed contracts by the group amounted to RMB 18836.72 billion, a marginal increase of 0.13% compared to the RMB 18811.85 billion recorded in 2024. As of December 31, 2025, the value of outstanding contracts under execution held by the group was RMB 34459.52 billion.
