[Click to register] On October 18, it was reported that GCL New Energy Operation Technology Company, a subsidiary of Dynasty Digital (00451), recently won the bid for the commissioning and operational technical services project of the 1.2GW solar project at Al Masa'a in Saudi Arabia.

This project is the first market-based benchmark project in Dynasty Digital's overseas business expansion, marking its official achievement of exporting mature new energy technical service capabilities abroad.

It is reported that the photovoltaic power generation project plans to carry out various pre-grid-connection commissioning work on November 15, and achieve partial capacity grid connection by the end of November.

As a benchmark project of China-Saudi Arabia-France trilateral energy cooperation, the MAS project is a key IPP independent photovoltaic power station under Round 5 of Saudi Arabia's National Renewable Energy Program (NREP). It is located in Dargat Town, Hail Province, Saudi Arabia, approximately 590 kilometers north of the capital Riyadh, with an installed capacity of 1200MW. It is jointly developed by a consortium of France's EDF, State Power Investment Corporation's Huanghe Hydropower, and Saudi Arabia's SAPCO (a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco Power).

After the project is fully operational, its annual power generation can reach 4.4 billion kilowatt-hours, which can meet the electricity needs of approximately 550,000 local residents, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 2.88 million tons per year.

At present, Dynasty Digital's cumulative domestic new energy operation and maintenance service volume has exceeded 34GW.
