This investment was managed by Esperanza Fintech (Securities) Limited. The transaction was executed through the over-the-counter secondary market trading platform, Espetopia, operated by Esperanza Securities. The Espetopia platform operates continuously throughout the year and maintains an active market for buying and selling tokenized investment products managed by Esperanza Securities. The platform provides securities services from Esperanza Securities, a corporation licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, which received approval on February 13, 2026, to conduct securities tokenization business activities. The Board of Directors considers the successful completion of this tokenized investment transaction a significant milestone in the reform of the financial industry, demonstrating the genuine commercialization and integration of traditional economics and technology. The successful execution of this transaction on the Espetopia platform marks a natural progression in the strategic partnership with Esperanza Securities, positioning the Group to act as a broker, distributor, underwriter, and project financial advisor for future tokenized investments. To enhance the Group's financial performance and experience, it will subscribe to two further tokenized investments managed by Esperanza Securities in March 2026. These investments involve: 1. The K-Sarang Super Concert in Malaysia, headlined by Super Junior member Kyuhyun and the Korean boy group AHOF, which was formed through the SBS TV reality show "Universe League." The concert is scheduled for April 11, 2026, at The Arch Galeries in Kuala Lumpur. In August 2025, tickets for AHOF's first fan concert in the Philippines sold out within 30 minutes. 2. The "2026 CNBlue Live World Tour '3logy' in Bangkok," headlined by the Korean pop-rock band CNBlue, to be held on June 6, 2026, at the Thunder Dome Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok.
