Information from the latest disclosures of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on July 7th, Schroders PLC increased its holding in MENGNIU DAIRY (02319) by 17.85 million shares.
The transaction was executed at a price of approximately HK$17.0847 per share, amounting to a total consideration of around HK$305 million.
Following this acquisition, Schroders PLC's latest shareholding stands at approximately 211 million shares, representing a 5.43% stake in the company.
