According to public information, Moore Threads Technology Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2020 by Zhang Jianzhong, a former global vice president of Nvidia. The company focuses on full-function GPUs, aiming to provide accelerated computing infrastructure and one-stop solutions globally, offering powerful AI computing support for the digital and intelligent transformation of various industries. Its A-shares were listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December 2025.
Based on the semi-annual report for 2026 disclosed by Moore Threads Technology Co.,Ltd., the company achieved revenue of 1.736 billion yuan during the reporting period, a year-on-year increase of 147.42%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 11.56 million yuan, narrowing compared to the previous period. The non-recurring profit and loss deducted net loss was 151 million yuan, also narrowing, with a basic loss per share of 0.02 yuan.
The report states that the significant year-on-year revenue growth was primarily driven by the booming artificial intelligence industry and strong market demand for full-function GPUs. Additionally, the accelerated commercialization of the company's Kuae AI computing cluster, combined with high customer recognition of product performance and stable supply, further expanded the company's competitive advantage, fueling rapid revenue growth.
