According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 7th, Chairman of the Board Wang Yusuo increased his holdings in ENN ENERGY (02688) by 626,300 shares, with a per-share price of HK$40.8841, involving a total amount of approximately HK$25.6057 million.

Following this transaction, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 394 million shares, representing about 34.83% of the issued shares.

The transaction involved a connected party: Zhao Baoju.

Additional information notes that Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased the 626,300 shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the company's total issued share capital.
