Hong Kong, 31 March 2026—The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited (United Laboratories) has released a clarification to its 2025 annual results announcement dated 24 March 2026, correcting wording in the “Closure of Register of Members” section.

The company stated that the term “special dividend” should be removed; only the final dividend is applicable.
