The board of WINTO GROUP (08238) has put forward a proposal to alter the company's official name.
It is recommended that the English name be changed from "Winto Group (Holdings) Limited" to "Jiufang Digital Technology Holdings Limited".
Concurrently, the new Chinese name "玖方数智科技控股有限公司" is proposed to replace the current Chinese name "惠陶集团(控股)有限公司".
