Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2465) will convene its 2026 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at the 2nd Floor, Large Conference Room, No. 6 Hengtong Avenue, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, PRC. A revised form of proxy has been issued to enable shareholders to vote on several resolutions as outlined in a circular dated January 26, 2026.
The ordinary resolutions include a proposal to change the use of net proceeds from the company’s Global Offering, the election of directors (both executive and non-executive) for the fifth session of the board, and the election of independent non-executive directors. A special resolution will address the 2026 comprehensive credit facilities and guarantee limits. The announcement specifies that the cumulative voting method applies to the election of directors, allowing shareholders to allocate votes in proportion to the shares they hold multiplied by the number of directors to be elected.
