Greentown Service Executes HK$1.95 Million Share Buyback, Trims Free-Float by 0.016%

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. (Greentown Service) disclosed that it repurchased 492,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HK$3.90 and HK$4.00, translating to a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$3.9521 and a total outlay of approximately HK$1.95 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 3,123.48 million to 3,122.99 million shares, a reduction of 0.016%. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance rose from 30.65 million to 31.14 million shares, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 3,154.13 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Greentown Service has repurchased 8.61 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.28% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong listing regulations. No repurchased shares have been cancelled; the 492,000 shares acquired will be held as treasury stock. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals remains in effect until 13 August 2026.
