To protect investor rights and mitigate market risks, in accordance with the "Notice on Adjusting Margin Levels and Price Limits for Silver Deferred Contracts" and the "Notice on Adjusting Margin Levels and Price Limits for Certain Gold Contracts" released by the Shanghai Gold Exchange on February 3, 2026, the bank will implement corresponding adjustments to the trading margin ratios, price fluctuation limits, and trading hours for its personal Shanghai Gold Exchange agency business, which includes both silver and gold deferred contracts. The specific adjustments are as follows: Starting from the close and settlement on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, the Shanghai Gold Exchange's margin ratio for silver deferred contracts will be adjusted from 26% to 23%. Concurrently, the bank's multiplier for the silver deferred contract margin will be adjusted from 254% to 287%. Consequently, the client margin ratio for the bank's silver deferred contracts will be adjusted from 66.04% to 66.01%. Furthermore, effective from the next trading day (February 3, 20:00), the price fluctuation limit set by the Shanghai Gold Exchange will be adjusted from 25% to 22%. Starting from the close and settlement on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the Shanghai Gold Exchange's margin ratio for gold deferred contracts will be adjusted from 16% to 17%. Accordingly, the client margin ratio for the bank's gold deferred contracts will be adjusted from 42.24% to 44.88%. Additionally, effective from the next trading day (February 4, 20:00), the price fluctuation limit set by the Shanghai Gold Exchange will be adjusted from 15% to 16%.
