Yum China Executes Dual-Market Share Buyback Worth Over HK$8.5 Million

Yum China (HK: 09987) has announced the completion of a share repurchase transaction on August 17, 2026, conducted across both the Hong Kong and New York stock exchanges.

According to the company's official disclosure, the firm spent approximately HK$8.513 million to buy back 22,850 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during the same trading day. Additionally, the company allocated roughly US$2.7 million to repurchase about 57,300 shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

This dual-market buyback initiative reflects the company's ongoing capital management strategy and its commitment to returning value to shareholders.
