Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC, stock code: 1398) announced that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on 28 November 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved a proposal to donate a total of HK$10 million to support relief and reconstruction efforts following a fire incident in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
According to the announcement, all 12 valid votes at the Board meeting were cast in favor of the donation, with none against or abstaining. The initiative aims to support post-disaster recovery and provide resources for those affected in the local community.
