Forest Cabin (02657.HK) to Implement Full E-Communication for Shareholders from 18 March 2026

Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (Forest Cabin, 02657.HK) has announced a shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, effective 18 March 2026, in line with Rule 2.07A(1) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association. Key points are as follows:

1. Actionable Corporate Communications • Forest Cabin will distribute Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—exclusively by email. • Shareholders who have not provided a valid email address, or whose address is non-functional, will receive printed copies along with a request form to capture a working email for future use.

2. Website-Only Publication for General Corporate Communications • All other Corporate Communications, including results reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms, will be posted on both the company website (www.forest-cabin.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). • The company will no longer issue separate printed notices to alert shareholders of new online postings; shareholders are advised to monitor the two sites proactively.

3. Registration of Email Addresses • Shareholders are encouraged to submit their email details via an online form accessible through a QR code before 18 April 2026. • Alternatively, email addresses can be provided at any time by writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 2657-ecom@vistra.com.

4. Option for Printed Copies • Shareholders may request printed versions of any or all future Corporate Communications at no cost by notifying the share registrar at the above address or email. The preference remains valid until revoked.

5. Compliance and Contact Information • The company will be deemed compliant once it sends emails to the addresses on record without receiving a “non-delivery” notice. • Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via 2657-ecom@vistra.com.

The new distribution model, authorised by Chairman, Executive Director and President Mr. Sun Laichun, aligns Forest Cabin with HKEX’s ongoing digitalisation initiatives while offering shareholders continued access to printed materials upon request.
