KIDZTECH Keeps Share Base Steady in July; 874.39 Million Shares Outstanding and Public Float Above 25%

Bulletin Express08-03 11:45

For the month ended 31 July 2026, KIDZTECH (formally Jiutai Digital Technology Holdings Ltd.) reported no change in either its authorised or issued share capital, illustrating capital stability during the period.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each, equivalent to HKD 5.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 874.39 million ordinary shares, and the firm held no treasury shares.

KIDZTECH confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring continued compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1).

Share-based incentives also saw no dilution during July. All 52.00 million options granted under the 2020 Share Option Scheme remain outstanding, while the 2025 Share Scheme—approved on 30 June 2025—has capacity for up to 62.45 million shares but none were granted or exercised in the month. Consequently, no funds were raised from option exercises in July.

Overall, with static share capital metrics and adherence to listing requirements, KIDZTECH enters August maintaining a stable capital structure and ample headroom for future equity-linked incentives.
