Sirnaomics Establishes External Scientific Advisory Board to Enhance RNAi Drug Development

Sirnaomics Ltd. announced the formation of an external Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) on 21 July 2026 to strengthen independent scientific oversight of its research and development pipeline.

The SAB consists of five internationally recognised experts whose collective experience spans RNA delivery technology, RNA interference (RNAi) drug discovery, oncology R&D, Chemistry-Manufacturing-Controls (CMC) and global regulatory compliance:

• Dr. David Evans, Ph.D. – Co-founder of Sirnaomics and co-developer of the polypeptide nanoparticle (PNP) delivery platform, with more than 30 years devoted to RNA mechanism research and novel drug discovery.

• Dr. Dmitry Samarsky, Ph.D. – Inventor of the GalAhead™ delivery platform and former Chief Technology Officer of Sirnaomics, specialising in oligonucleotide therapeutics and delivery-system optimisation.

• Dr. Johnson Yiu-Nam Lau, MBBS, MD – Physician and biotech executive with a track record of securing drug approvals from the U.S. FDA, EMA and Australia’s TGA, and extensive experience in biotech capital operations and product commercialisation.

• Dr. Archie Tse, M.D., Ph.D. – Oncology R&D leader and current President and Head of R&D at Adlai Nortye, with prior roles at Merck, Daiichi-Sankyo and CStone Pharmaceuticals focusing on small-molecule drugs, monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates and tumour vaccines.

• Dr. Audrey Jia, M.D., Ph.D. – Former senior CMC reviewer at the FDA, bringing authoritative expertise in IND, NDA and BLA regulatory strategies and end-to-end GMP compliance.

According to the company, the SAB’s multidisciplinary background and global perspective will provide objective guidance for pipeline optimisation, support CMC and regulatory strategies, and facilitate broader scientific collaborations.

The Board of Sirnaomics extends its formal welcome to the SAB members, underscoring their anticipated contribution to advancing the company’s therapeutic programmes.
