Their respective terms of office take effect from May 8, 2026. On May 8, 2026, the board of directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Chen Jianguang. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Chen applied to resign from his positions as the company's chairman of the board, executive director, chairman of the board's strategy committee, member of the nomination committee, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. After the resignation takes effect, Mr. Chen will no longer hold any position in the company. At the board of directors meeting held on May 8, 2026, the board of directors appointed executive director Mr. Li Zhongze as chairman of the board and authorized representative, with the term of office taking effect upon the conclusion of the board meeting. At the board meeting, Mr. Li Zhongze was appointed as chairman of the board's strategy committee and a member of the nomination committee. Mr. Chen Yang was appointed as a member of the board's strategy committee and a member of the board's sustainable development committee. Mr. Liu Li and Ms. Zhou Guoping were appointed as members of the board's strategy committee. Their appointments took effect upon the conclusion of the board meeting. Mr. Bai Xiaohu no longer serves as a member of the board's strategy committee and the board's sustainable development committee.
