According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 30, Ferretti International Holding S.p.A. increased its holding in FERRETTI (09638) by 246,671 shares at a price of €3.0625 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately €764,600.
Following this acquisition, the latest total number of shares held stands at around 129 million, representing a revised shareholding percentage of 38.02%.
