GME Group Releases 2025 Annual Report, Circular and AGM Notice; Online Access Prioritised, Printed Copies Available on Request

On 29 April 2026, GME Group Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, shareholder circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published on both the company’s website (www.gmehk.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders consult the online documents, but non-registered holders who experience difficulties accessing electronic files may request printed copies free of charge. To obtain hard-copy materials, investors should complete the enclosed reply form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 8188-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to provide a functional email address through their bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary. Until an email address is supplied, notices of publication will be sent only in printed form.
