On October 19, the #A-share# index rebounded from its lows, with the Shanghai Composite Index turning positive.

On the news front, the Ministry of Commerce and eight other departments issued opinions on accelerating the advancement of technology-driven commerce. Among the proposals: building a lineup of renowned Chinese consumer brands, cultivating consumer brands known for independent innovation and high-quality premium products. Vigorously developing tech-driven agriculture, promoting the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of premium specialty agricultural products.
