CN Health Tech Delays FY-2026 Results, Reschedules Board Meeting; Trading Halted Since 2 Oct

Bulletin Express11-03 22:40

China Health Technology Group Holding Company Limited (CN Health Tech) has announced a further postponement in releasing its preliminary annual results for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.

The Hong Kong-listed healthcare group was originally required under Listing Rule 13.49(1) to publish its results by 30 September 2026. A board reshuffle on 29 September led the company to push the deadline to 30 October. However, the new board has yet to receive complete financial records from former directors and the previous company secretary, making it “premature” to rely solely on management accounts. CN Health Tech now targets publication of the audited results on or before 30 November 2026.

Consequently, the board meeting—initially set for 30 October to approve the FY-2026 results and consider any final dividend—has been deferred to 30 November 2026.

At the company’s request, trading in CN Health Tech shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 October 2026 and will remain halted pending release of the FY-2026 results. Investors have been advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

As of 3 November 2026, the board consists of three executive directors—Mr. Tse Tung Leung Tony, Ms. Yang Lin Lin and Ms. Ge Yanling—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chau Wing Nam, Mr. Law Ting Cheuk and Ms. Siwanat Saymaya.
