On August 28, financial sector sources reported that the Xiong'an New Area branch of the People's Bank of China has released an administrative penalty disclosure list.
Bank Of Communications Co.,Ltd. (SHA: 601328) Hebei Xiong'an Branch has been issued a warning and fined 305,000 yuan for violating financial statistics management regulations, currency and gold and silver management regulations, and anti-money laundering management regulations.
The penalties were announced in the official disclosure, reflecting the central bank's ongoing scrutiny of compliance practices in the region.
