The 2026 National Publicity Month for Preventing Illegal Financial Activities has officially commenced.

To further enhance public awareness and capability to identify and reject illegal financial schemes, the Inter-ministerial Joint Conference on Preventing and Combating Illegal Financial Activities will organize the 14th National Publicity Month for Preventing Illegal Financial Activities throughout China in June 2026. In accordance with relevant regulations, a concentrated publicity day will be held on June 15th. During this period, local authorities, relevant departments, financial regulatory bodies, and financial institutions across the country will launch a variety of themed activities. These initiatives aim to educate the public through case studies, strengthen risk warnings, and elevate nationwide awareness of financial fraud prevention.

For this campaign, the Office of the Inter-ministerial Joint Conference on Preventing and Combating Illegal Financial Activities will guide China Financial Media Group in coordinating multi-platform publicity efforts. In collaboration with Sina Finance's Weibo platform, they will jointly launch Weibo hashtag campaigns, including "#ProtectYourWalletSafeguardYourHappiness#", "#PublicityMonthForPreventingIllegalFinancialActivities#", and "#PreventFraudNow#".
