Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited announced that it repurchased a total of 0.53 million ordinary shares between 13 and 16 July 2026 under its existing share-buyback mandate dated 27 May 2026. The repurchases, all executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, were earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the issued share capital as of 16 July 2026.

• Total outlay for the four-day period: approximately HKD 2.16 million. • Cumulative repurchases under the May mandate now stand at 4.25 million shares, equivalent to 0.22 % of the 1.96 billion shares in issue when the mandate was granted. • The company remains authorised to buy back up to 196.50 million shares; 4.25 million have been utilised to date.

Capital Structure Impact The issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 1.96 billion shares as of 16 July 2026. The 0.53 million shares bought back this week represent roughly 0.03 % of the current outstanding shares and will reduce the share count upon cancellation.

Regulatory Compliance and Moratorium Sun Hung Kai & Co. confirmed that all repurchases complied with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulations. In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 15 August 2026.
