On the day of this year's fuel price adjustment calendar, the National Development and Reform Commission issued an announcement. Since the domestic refined oil price adjustment on October 15, escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have driven international crude oil prices sharply higher.
To soften the impact on the domestic market, the state once again adopted regulatory measures for refined oil prices. Under the current pricing mechanism, from 24:00 on October 29, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) should have been raised by 440 yuan and 420 yuan per ton respectively. Taking into account both reducing the burden on downstream users and ensuring the safe and stable supply of refined oil, the actual increases after regulation were 345 yuan and 335 yuan.
PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC and other crude oil processing enterprises must organize the production and transportation of refined oil, ensure stable market supply, and strictly implement national pricing policies.
Relevant departments in various regions should strengthen market supervision and inspection, severely investigate and punish acts that fail to implement national pricing policies, and maintain normal market order. Consumers can report price violations through the 12315 platform.
According to the "ten working days" principle, the next retail refined oil price adjustment window will open at 24:00 on November 12, 2026. Source: Official website of the Development and Reform Commission.
